Every fact here comes from a document in one searchable archive. Ask a question and get the answer with the exact words copied from the source, the line and the part.
Each quoted result gets a significance rating for the accountability record, highest first. It adds up: the kind of source (a primary government or court document counts most, a research note least), whether the quote was found word for word, whether the line states an act such as signed, ordered, withheld, destroyed or paid, and how many of the best-connected people and bodies on the map it names. A line with weak support loses points. The rating shows how strongly the record supports an accountability point. It does not say the point is true or false, and the reasons behind each score are printed under the result.
